Karry Precision manufactures custom injection molded parts for prototypes, low-volume production, and repeat manufacturing. Our product range includes housings, bushings, brackets, connectors, covers, grilles, guide blocks, sensor components, and other functional plastic parts produced according to customer drawings and application requirements.

Parts can be produced in ABS, PP, PA/Nylon, PC, POM, PBT, TPU/TPE, and other engineering thermoplastics, with insert molding, overmolding, material selection, dimensional inspection, surface texture control, and assembly support available according to project requirements.

Quality Control for Custom Injection Molded Parts

• Material Verification
  Resin type, grade, color, additives, and specified material requirements are confirmed before molding.
• First-Article Inspection
  Initial molded samples are checked for dimensions, fit, appearance, and critical functional features before production approval.
• In-Process Dimensional Control
  Critical dimensions and mating features are monitored during production according to customer drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Insert & Assembly Inspection
  Metal inserts, threaded components, overmolded features, and assembly interfaces are checked where required.
• Surface & Appearance Inspection
  Molded parts are checked for color, texture, sink marks, flash, warpage, visible defects, and specified cosmetic requirements.
• Final Inspection Before Shipment
  Finished injection molded parts are inspected for dimensions, appearance, and specified quality requirements before packing and delivery.
