Thin-wall parts can be reviewed for workholding, tool access, distortion, minimum wall thickness and finish allowance. Feasibility and achievable tolerance are confirmed only after reviewing the geometry and material condition.
Anodized color varies with alloy, surface preparation, batch size and process conditions. Provide a color reference and define the acceptable range; a limit sample or controlled batch approach may be recommended for appearance-critical programs.
Tolerance capability depends on feature size, wall thickness, datum structure, material, finish and inspection method. Mark critical-to-function dimensions so the process and measurement plan can be reviewed before quotation.
