3D Printed Components
Karry Precision manufactures 3D printed components for prototypes, functional testing, design verification, and low-volume production. Our product range includes housings, brackets, mounting components, fixtures, structural parts, functional prototypes, and other custom components produced according to customer CAD files and application requirements.
Components can be produced in resin, nylon, and engineering-grade plastic materials, with process selection, dimensional inspection, post-processing, surface finishing, and assembly support available according to project requirements.
Quality Control for 3D Printed Components
-
CAD File & Geometry Review
3D models are reviewed for geometry, wall thickness, critical features, and printability before production. -
Material Verification
Printing materials are selected and confirmed according to strength, flexibility, dimensional stability, surface quality, and application requirements. -
Process Parameter Control
Printing orientation, support strategy, layer settings, and other process parameters are controlled according to the selected printing technology. -
Dimensional Inspection
Critical dimensions and mating features are inspected according to customer drawings and specified tolerances. -
Surface & Appearance Inspection
Finished parts are checked for surface quality, visible defects, color, texture, and required post-processing. -
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Completed 3D printed components are inspected before packing and delivery.
