We can make the specified shape, material, finish and contact features. However, RF and EMC performance depends on the complete assembly and must be tested by the customer.

Can you machine thin-wall housings and heat sinks?

Yes, after reviewing the drawing. We check wall thickness, flatness, tool access, workholding and surface-finish allowance before confirming the process.

Which materials are suitable for outdoor telecom equipment?

Finished aluminum and stainless steel are common choices. The best option depends on weather exposure, corrosion, electrical contact, sealing and the product specification.

Do you support prototypes and low-volume production?

Yes. We can support design review, prototypes, pilot quantities and repeat low-volume orders after the drawing and process are approved.

What inspection documents can you provide?

The inspection scope is agreed during quotation. Depending on the project, we can discuss dimensional reports, material certificates and documents from the finishing supplier.
