Karry Precision manufactures precision sheet metal parts for prototypes, low-volume orders, and repeat production. Our product range includes brackets, enclosures, panels, covers, mounting plates, frames, chassis, and other custom components produced through laser cutting, CNC punching, precision bending, welding, and secondary fabrication.

Parts are manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications in aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and other sheet metals, with dimensional inspection, hardware installation, surface finishing, and assembly available according to project requirements.

Quality Control for Precision Sheet Metal Parts

• Incoming Material Verification
  Material grade, sheet thickness, and specifications are checked before fabrication.
• Cutting & Feature Inspection
  Profiles, holes, slots, and critical dimensions are inspected according to customer drawings.
• Bend Angle & Position Verification
  Bend angles, locations, and formed dimensions are checked according to project tolerance requirements.
• Welding & Assembly Inspection
  Weld quality, component alignment, hardware installation, and assembly fit are inspected where required.
• Surface Finish Verification
  Coating, anodizing, plating, brushing, and other finishing requirements are checked according to project specifications.
• Final Inspection Before Shipment
  Finished sheet metal parts are inspected for dimensions, appearance, and specified quality requirements before packing and delivery.
