Karry Precision manufactures vacuum cast parts for prototypes, functional testing, bridge production, and low-volume manufacturing. Our product range includes enclosures, housings, gears, impellers, ergonomic components, rubber-like parts, and other custom components produced using silicone molds and polyurethane or elastomer casting materials.

Parts are replicated from master patterns produced by SLA 3D printing or CNC machining, with material selection, color matching, surface finishing, dimensional inspection, and appearance control available according to project requirements.

Quality Control for Vacuum Cast Parts

• Master Pattern Verification
  Master patterns are checked for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and critical features before silicone mold production.
• Casting Material Verification
  Resin type, hardness, color, and required material properties are confirmed according to project specifications.
• Dimensional Inspection
  Critical dimensions and mating features are inspected according to customer drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Surface & Appearance Inspection
  Surface texture, color, transparency, cosmetic finish, and visible defects are checked according to project requirements.
• Batch Consistency Control
  Parts within the same production batch are checked for dimensional, material, and appearance consistency.
• Final Inspection Before Shipment
  Finished vacuum cast parts are inspected before packing and delivery.
