Karry Precision manufactures die cast parts for automotive, electronic, industrial equipment, fluid-control, and other custom applications. Our product range includes housings, valve bodies, manifolds, covers, brackets, support frames, drivetrain components, and other complex metal parts produced according to customer drawings and specifications.

Parts can be produced in aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and other compatible die-casting alloys, with tooling development, secondary CNC machining, dimensional inspection, surface finishing, and assembly support available according to project requirements.

Quality Control for Die Cast Parts

• Material Verification
  Alloy grade and material specifications are confirmed before casting according to project requirements.
• Tooling & First-Article Inspection
  Initial cast samples are checked for dimensions, fit, surface condition, and critical functional features before production approval.
• In-Process Dimensional Control
  Critical dimensions and mating features are monitored during casting and secondary machining according to customer drawings.
• Porosity & Casting Defect Inspection
  Parts are checked for visible casting defects, porosity, incomplete filling, flash, and other specified quality requirements.
• Surface Finish Verification
  Sandblasting, powder coating, anodizing, painting, plating, and other required finishes are inspected according to project specifications.
• Final Inspection Before Shipment
  Finished die cast parts are inspected for dimensions, appearance, and specified quality requirements before packing and delivery.
